Spec of the nitrogen generator:
37 KVA VSD Atlas Copco Compressor, that will comfortably run the Generation system at 9.5 bar input pressure.

This leads to two identical lines of generator systems
2 x Galvanised tanks for storing low pressure compressed air – leading to
2 x sets of swing absorption towers – generating low pressure nitrogen ( a low pressure feed can be taken from here for bellows )
2 x Claind booster systems taking low pressure nitrogen into storage up to 300 bar – this is stored in
2 x high pressure storage banks holding a total of 1958 litres capacity
This feeds the pipeline around the factory at 30 bar
